MOHAMADOU AMINOU is a Cameroonian and the Head of the Card-index Service in the Adamawa Regional Delegation of Public Contracts. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public and International Law and has completed a Public Management Institute Course at Bridgewater State University from June to July 2016 as part of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders.
He is also the deputy Secretary General of an NGO called AJABE and devoting its activities to the education of youth in northern Cameroon rural areas, where young girls are victims of illiteracy that exposes them to various social hazards.

He regulated the conformity of draft budgets of the local councils before they are approved and also presided over the Gender Committee of the Ministry to discuss gender oriented issues and proposed necessary measures to be taken.

He organizes sensitization and donation events in rural areas especially those affected by the Boko Haram conflict, to encourage the education of the northern Cameroonian youth, especially young girls. We have successfully awarded over one thousand scholarships to the youth in these affected areas.
